Pregnancy Pilates at Room For Movement

Our small group reformer classes are suitable for you if you’re in your first trimester of pregnancy.

Once you get into the second trimester and beyond the needs of your body will change and we’ll guide you towards our semi private studio sessions where we can provide personalised Pilates sessions that not only cater to your specific stage of pregnancy, but also to how you feel on the day. Your teacher will choose exercises that prepare for the birthing process but also prepare for your first step into exercise after the birth.
