What are Personalised Sessions?

The personalised format of these sessions allows your teacher to really get to know your body, and for you to really understand what you are doing. If you want time to ask questions, and like attention to detail then these are for you, we’ll make movement accessible to you - regardless of restrictions, injuries or health conditions.

What to expect?

We’ll guide you with detail, through exercises chosen specifically for you, we’ll work with your limitations and teach according to your learning style.
If you feel inflexible, have a chronic health condition, persistent pain or just like attention to detail - you’ll feel supported and guided by your teacher at all times.
You’ll use a variety of equipment including the traditional Pilates equipment like reformer, wundachair, trapeze table, and small props- all chosen based on what you need most.

How many sessions should I do?

A minimum commitment to one session per week is required (if you are a shift worker get in touch to chat through the options.) A second or third session will increase the benefits you experience over time, but you can also supplement with our small group reformer classes and put your learning to the test
