Pregnancy Pilates Classes in Petersham, Inner West Sydney
Our small Bump to Birth pregnancy Pilates classes are the perfect way to exercise safely through your whole pregnancy.
Prenatal Bodies Deserve Prenatal Classes
A regular Pilates class won’t address the specific needs of a pregnant body such as addressing common pregnancy aches and pains, preparing the hips and pelvis for birthing, or strengthening the body in a targeted way for the physical challenges of parenthood.
Unlike an open level class our prenatal Pilates classes are designed entirely around the experience and needs of the body in the various stages of pregnancy. Why choose a generic class when you can opt for a holistic approach to exercising through pregnancy.
Trial 3 Classes for $60

~ This pass is valid for 2 weeks from your first class- and will be extended for prenatal clients on request.

High Risk Pregnancy or Injured?
Group Pilates classes are not suitable for cervical cerclage, multiple pregnancies, heart/lung conditions, or placenta previa- sometimes our clinical Pilates sessions can be suitable for these conditions: First seek the advice of your medical provider, then reach out to us to discuss whether clinical Pilates might be a good fit.
Similarly, if you’re in pain or have been injured but still want to exercise through your pregnancy- clinical Pilates sessions are likely perfect for you.
These sessions can be done in private, duet, or trio format- but require an initial consultation first.
