Deciding which style of class is right for you can be really tricky when you’ve never done Pilates before. Particularly if you’re returning to exercises after a long period, an injury or post-natally. We understand that Pilates is a luxury and getting the most effective workout for your body (and your budget) is important.

We will always recommend what we feel is truly most appropriate for your body, and will advise when when we feel you are not quite ready for something. We’ll never hold you back in a more expensive session for the sake of making more money.

Less hands on cueing and individual feedback

Some modifications and variations given for different bodies

Clients must be injury free and already active

Not apporporiate for pre/post natal or clients with any bone density issues
